子宫不好的女人，身体会发出这7个信号！

当子宫不好时，身体会发出7个信号

1、发胖

当子宫热量不足时，人体为了维护自身机能正常运转，就会囤积脂肪来维持自身热量，宫寒症状越明显，脂肪囤积就会越来越多，因此会导致发胖。

2、阴毛多

很多人误以为女性阴毛多，性欲强。简直是胡扯，女性阴毛的多少与体内激素有关。

如果阴毛过多，很可能是多囊卵巢综合征。在前期一般不会出现阴毛、毛发多的现状，在月经量少甚至停止后，阴毛会长得比以前多。

3、白带异常

女性正常白带呈现白色、透明、无杂质，一般也无味。但是出现过分粘稠成豆渣样、量过多、色黄或黄绿、带血丝就要警惕妇科疾病！白带异常通常都是炎症，甚至是肿瘤的主要症状之一。

4、私处瘙痒

外阴瘙痒的病因很多，如清洁卫生不到位、药物过敏、紧身裤、细菌感染、真菌感染、蛲虫等。私处瘙痒往往让女性不适，严重影响生活与工作。如果是有过性生活的女性很可能是阴道炎，若久而不愈会成为顽固性瘙痒，难以根治。

女性私处比较脆弱，建议女性日常做好预防瘙痒的措施。

5、月经失调

经期时间不稳定，有时提前有时推迟，经期前会出现白带增多、乳房胀痛等症状，经期中会出现血色偏黑且有血块存在。月经量多或经期延长但月经周期基本正常，为子宫肌瘤的典型症状。其他如子宫腺肌病、月经失调、放置宫内节育器均可有经量增多。

6、手脚易冰凉

宫寒一个明显的表现就是手脚冰凉，比一般人怕冷，此外舌质属淡苔白，喜食辛辣食物，经常感到浑身没劲。

7、腰痛、下坠

女性在经期前、经期中、经期后腹部会隐隐作痛，此外还会出现下腹坠胀、腰酸等症状。慢性盆腔炎、宫颈炎、子宫脱垂、膀胱或直肠膨出及肿瘤等，均可引起上述症状。

在妇科疾病的治疗上，首先要弄清楚属于哪一类疾病，对症治疗。一定要注意个人卫生，饮食及生活有规律，慢性疾病可辅以中药慢慢调理。如果发现有任何症状，最好尽快检查。
