Hong Kong Kwun Tong Promenade
Kwun Tong Promenade, also known as Kwun Tong Waterfront Promenade (English: Kwun Tong Promenade), located in Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong 183 Hoi Bun Road, opened in January 16, 2010 the first phase, currently Kwun Tong Waterfront Promenade about 200 meters north to south How Ming Street, south Tsun Yip Street (north of Kwun Tong public Pier), an area of about 7,340 square meters. Kwun Tong Promenade managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.
Kwun Tong Promenade is the predecessor of the Marine Department Kwun Tong Public Cargo Working Area, which in the 2000s was incorporated into the "Kai Tak Development Plan" to develop into open space. After consultation with the Government of Hong Kong Kwun Tong District Council, relevant departments take the lead in the construction of the first phase of Kwun Tong Promenade at 200 meters where the loading and unloading zone in March 2009, to 2011, after the entire handling areas continue to disable the remaining 700 meters in the second phase of the project. The first phase of the project funded by the Civil Engineering and Development Department, the Architectural Services Department is responsible for the design and construction at a cost of approximately HK $ 18.6 million, on January 11, 2010 completed, was opened in the 16th the same month. The second phase of the project in February 2013 and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2014, when the entire Kwun Tong Promenade is about 900 meters, an area of about 3.4 hectares.
