2、三人中，李铁万一被抽调，卓尔的重建难度最大，因为李铁不仅仅是主教练的身份，更是俱乐部管理都直接参与和掌握，这样抽调，我担心明年的二年级生很可能因此降级。另外李铁是有合同的，年薪也高，足协要抽调，需要考虑的后续事情最多；李霄鹏这个位置还好，毕竟鲁能是国企也是老牌强队，明年也不打亚冠，即使换帅，克服起来难度相对小一些，；建业王宝山这里，也应该说很麻烦，毕竟他经过这个完整联赛年度已经把球队打造到了最好状态，现在一换帅，什么都要重新适应，几乎可以预见，明年又是颠沛的一年。
