东莞一社区竟鼓励捕杀流浪狗，每人奖励200元？居民很气愤！

据小编所知，目前并没有明确证据表明宠物会传染新冠病毒，请不要随意伤害小动物们。并且，在社区内独自出走的小狗并不一定是流浪狗，或许是某位主人不小心走失的宠物，请不要随意捕杀或虐待他们！

捕杀流浪狗奖励200元

都说狗狗是人类的好朋友，然而，近期有人却将魔爪伸向了它们…… 广东东莞一社区发出通知，内容中有一条竟是，鼓励捕杀流浪狗。里面还设置了奖励机制，若捕杀到流浪狗会奖励200元。

违反此规定居然还要进行罚款，这条规定一被贴出来，就引起了市民的热议。

居民意见

有的市民表示，这样的行为让小孩子看到了，就不知道爱护动物了，觉得这种规定的影响是非常多方面的。

也有市民气愤的表示，这样的规定很不文明。

有居民丢失宠物

市民张先生就住在该小区，他养的哈士奇狗走失了一个礼拜了，丢狗的时候他已经报案，但是张先生表示，非常担心，他怕自己的这条哈士奇狗被当作流浪狗被处理掉。

此前在东莞的该社区中不同的街道也曾出现过类似的通告。

负责人表示撤销

记者拨打了社区相关部门的电话， 相关负责人龙先生说，这条规定的说法不妥当，他们的初衷是想规范养狗，不是为了捕杀流浪狗。目前将暂时撤下该通知，对规定再进行斟酌。

狗狗并不是我们的敌人，它们也有生存的权利，请不要认为我们有资格剥夺它们生存的机会。可以选择养或不养宠物，但是随意捕杀动物属于违法行为，请遵纪守法！
