1.睡前散步

睡前刷牙洗脸是必要的,但还要养成用温水洗脚的习惯,这能促进下肢血液循环,有利于很快入眠。
3.热水泡脚
睡前烫脚,胜服安眠药。 睡前用温水洗脚15-20分钟,使脚部血管扩张,促进血液循环,使人易入睡乡。
