山水腐竹

山水腐竹是广东中山一带的传统风味名菜，属于粤菜系。五桂山人制作腐竹的历史由来已久，每道工序都非常讲究，要求恰到好处，腐竹的原材料是黄豆，制作经过多道程序，先是把黄豆弃壳，然后浸豆、磨豆、榨浆、煮浆、提竹、最后晒干成腐竹。

腐竹按色泽分为上竹、二竹、三竹和甜竹各等级，品质上乘，卫生可靠、营养丰富。

中山芦兜粽

中山芦兜粽是中山一道美味可口的传统小吃，属于广东省端午节食俗。味香腻，食之韧滑。昔日，悦来南路琼芳茶楼，在马路旁当众裹粽，起了活广告作用。故此，历数百年而至今天，日久成为家乡特色的芦兜粽。

据说，因为中山人比较喜欢改良、研究，特别擅长制作适合自己口味的食物。古时，村民觉得郊野多芦兜，认为这种百合科野生植物别无用途，不妨用以试作裹粽。果然，芦兜叶味融入于粽。

粉果金吒

中山粉果是广东中山族地方传统名点之一，历史悠久，其中以金吒为代表。其特点是清香、肉鲜皮脆、味道鲜美。粉果的包制，要求满而不实，形似榄核，摇有响声，而馅料就要细。由于制作精细，风味独特，故深受食家的喜爱。

蕉蕾粥

蕉蕾粥是广东中山市的传统小吃。其做法是将蕉蕾去掉外层的壳，中间部分将蕉蕾切丝用盐水泡一会儿，然后用力挤干净水分，以去掉它的涩味。下米煮粥，烧开后加入蕉蕾丝及红枣丝，元贝，发菜一起烧开，文火煮到粥软烂适中，加点盐、鸡精调味就好了。
