受中国游客减少影响，印尼旅游业或减收40亿美元，一国或难以应对

据印尼媒体2月6日报道，印尼旅游部长日前表示，截至1月底，印尼仅巴厘岛就取消了大约1万人次的游客、虽然印尼目前还没有发现确诊病例，如果新冠疫情持续，中国游客数量大幅度减少，印尼旅游业还是会遭受重创，全年损失可能会超过40亿美元。印尼准备采取相关刺激措施，帮助本国旅游业者度过难关。

印尼旅游部发布的数据显示，2019年印尼接待了大约200万中国游客，平均每位旅客花费1400美元，直接旅游收入38亿美元左右。中国游客占印尼接待游客总数的10%-15%，旅游收入的比重略高一些。疫情爆发之后中国游客明显减少，本来是印尼旅游重要增长点的春节假期，印尼几个重点景点都比往常明显萧条，印尼旅游部预计2020年暑期，印尼主要景点客房的预订率也会出现明显的下降。印尼本来预估2020年来自中国的旅游收入还会有一定的增长，现在看来是还能够保住多大比例的问题了。

旅游业占印尼GDP的比重并不高，约为6%左右，但是对于印尼个别地区的经济发展和民众收入影响却是非常大的。印尼也担心旅游业的下降会有其他外溢效应，导致印尼吸引外国投资数量的下降，导致印尼无法维持过去两年较高速度的增长。

印尼准备出台措施鼓励航空公司对飞往巴厘岛的航线进行打折，吸引中国及中国以外的旅游者到印尼旅游。不过在外来游客总量减少的情况下，不光是印尼旅游业的日子不好过，周边的菲律宾、泰国、马来西亚、越南也会受到不小的影响。印尼出台机票打折措施，越南等其他东南亚国家的刺激措施恐怕也已经在路上，印尼旅游业的日子不会因为这样简单的举措而出现明显的改观。

越南等个别东南亚国家在突发疫情出现之后，不根据世界卫生组织的建议，而是选择立即跟随美国、澳大利亚、英国切断与中国航路联系，在这方面表现得非常积极，把公共卫生事件泛化。现在遇到旅游业下滑等经济问题难以解决时，又开始着急上火，埋怨中国游客不能去旅游了。东南亚与中国唇齿相依，在全球一体化的今天，已经很难独自解决自己面临的问题，与其与邻为壑，不如共同面对，对于东南亚各国可能更为有利一些。
