故意遮挡车牌？

3月13日下午16时许，佛山市公安局南海分局交警大队民警在巡查到南海官和路万福城路段时，发现一辆粤A号牌的轻型厢式货车，其后车牌有故意污损嫌疑。于是民警迅速上前示意驾驶员，靠边停车接受检查。

货车驾驶员李某下车后，对民警指出的车牌污损情况很是愕然。他回忆良久， 猜测可能是因其停放车辆阻碍了别人通行，导致被人故意喷涂。

因挡入口被喷涂

随后，民警带上李某到其停放车辆的地方，对车牌污损情况作进一步调查。通过调查发现， 当天早上曾有人走到李某车辆尾部停留，其后李某到南海分局里水派出所报案，将这一情况反映给办案民警。

经调查， 原来李某驾驶的货车当天早上，停放在黄某的厂房前，其车辆堵塞了厂门口通道，严重影响厂内车辆正常出入。

黄某多次查看后， 发现车上没有留下车主电话，无法通知其移车。一怒之下就用自喷漆，把李某的货车后牌喷涂，污损了其中两个数字。

最后经民警批评教育，黄某对自己的行为深感懊悔，并与李某沟通获得相互谅解。

警方提醒

各位司机应按照相关规定有序停放车辆，不能堵塞道路和消防通道，临时停车要预留联系方式方便他人通知移车。
