皮肤过敏怎么办？

1、远离过敏原

引起皮肤过敏的根源是过敏源，避免接触过敏源，这样才不会激发孩子体内免疫细胞对过敏物质做出过于强烈的反应。螨虫、灰尘、毛毯和花粉都是引起孩子过敏的常见因素，所以要做好家庭清洁卫生，尽量不要带孩子去人口密集的场所或粉尘多的环境。

2、不能用刺激性的洗护用品

现在市面上很多洗浴用品中含有刺激性的激素和化学成分，由于孩子的皮肤比较娇嫩，若使用这些洗护产品，很容易引起皮肤过敏反应出现。因此，最好要给孩子选择婴幼儿专用的护肤品。

3、避免吃含致敏因子的食物

生活中常见的一些食物，也容易诱发孩子体内免疫反应，如鸡蛋、牛奶、芒果、海鲜产品等，这是导致孩子发生过敏的中间介质，所以易过敏的孩子要避免吃以上食物。

4、选择全棉衣服

孩子的皮肤娇嫩且敏感，不能因为贪图便宜而选择化学纤维或特殊染料的衣服。家长最好为孩子挑选全棉宽松的衣服，既舒适又安全，而且不会刺激到孩子娇嫩的皮肤。

5、补充足够水分

当孩子皮肤缺水时最敏感，容易受到外界影响而导致皮肤过敏。因此平时要让孩子多喝水，多吃含水分丰富的蔬菜和水果，每次洗完脸后及时涂抹润肤乳。

6、做好防晒工作

虽然春天阳光并不毒辣，但带孩子出门前要做好防晒工作，避免皮肤晒伤。调整好饮食结构，保持清淡饮食和规律作息，让孩子有7~8个小时以上的睡眠时间，这样有利于受到损害的皮肤细胞得到修复。

若孩子春天皮肤反复过敏，有可能属于过敏体质，此类儿童身体内的免疫球蛋白多，当遇到致敏因子或过敏源时，会立马作出反应而引起身体过敏。

家长应该多带孩子户外活动，多吃含维生素C的蔬菜和水果来增强抵抗力。

若通过以上方法还是没有效果，且越来越严重的话，应该及时去医院做检查，找出引起过敏的原因。

家长不能给孩子乱用大人所用的药膏，因为孩子的皮肤薄嫩，容易吸收药物，对激素的敏感性比成年人高出很多，容易对孩子皮肤带来不可逆的损伤。
