俗话说人是铁、饭是钢,一顿不吃饿得慌,跟随着自然规律安排好一日三餐,能为身体补充所需要的营养,维持身体机能正常运转。一日三餐后半小时是养生的黄金期,只要利用好此阶段,做有意义的事情就能让养生保健效果翻倍。

一日三餐后半小时做什么好?

1、早饭后半小时

早饭后半小时吃点水果,尽量选择含维生素的鲜枣或猕猴桃,因为维生素能达到提神醒脑功效,提高一上午的工作和学习效率。中医认为早晨7:00~9:00主胃经,经过膝关节,因此饭后20分钟可以把双手搓热,然后反复摩擦膝关节,能使得胃经更加通畅。在小腿外侧有足三里穴,早餐后半小时对此部位敲打5分钟,可达到生发胃气和燥化脾湿效果,同时能延年益寿。早饭后不能立即锻炼,以免引起消化不良。若运动强度过大的话,可能引起胃肠道疾病或腹部疼痛,甚至诱发心脑血管疾病。

2、午饭后半小时

午饭后半小时是调整精神状态以及身体最佳时间段,在此阶段不妨打盹、踮脚尖、做深呼吸以及伸伸懒腰。若是因为时间因素不能入睡也要让嗓子休息。喝杯酸奶,酸奶中含有丰富醋酸和乳酸,能抑制肠道中有害菌繁殖。另外酸奶也能降低肠道碱性,增加酸性,促进胃肠道蠕动,刺激消化液分泌。除此之外,酸奶中含有的酪氨酸,也能缓解心理上的压力,减轻焦虑感和紧张感。饭后不能立马喝浓茶,以免影响身体对蛋白质和矿物质吸收,导致营养不良或缺铁性贫血。喝茶时间必须和午餐间隔1~2个小时。

3、晚饭后半小时

晚饭后半小时不妨做家务如洗衣服或打扫房间,能促进全身血液循环,而且不会对消化系统带来负担。饭后30分钟喝杯水,能促进食物消化,利于脂肪代谢。饭后不能立马洗脚和洗澡,这样会增加体表血流量,减少流向胃肠道的血液,减弱胃肠道消化功能,影响食物消化和吸收。尽量晚饭休息1~2个小时后再泡脚或洗澡。另外晚饭后不能立马活动,尽量吃完饭30分钟后再活动。

温馨提示

一日三餐后不能立马做剧烈运动,但也不能直接平躺或坐下,可以散步或靠墙站立30分钟,防止脂肪堆积。肥胖的人群饭后可以喝杯水,能促进血液循环,加快食物消化。
