Hong Kong Shing Mun Valley Park
Shing Mun Valley Park is a large park, Hong Kong, Shing Mun in the New Territories Gokseong doorway, next to the elephant village and Shek Wai Kok Estate. Park formerly known as the Elephant Trunk Hill temporary housing areas and temporary playground. The entire park covers an area of 10.73 ha range, 1997 December 15 inaugurated, has been run by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. No smoking in the park.
Park is divided into North Park and South Park for visitors to sports and leisure. North Park has five tennis courts, a fitness elderly garden and a children's play field, there are two toilets for men and women. South Park has a hard mini-soccer pitches and five-cum-handball court can accommodate 375 spectators in the stands, two basketball courts and two volleyball courts and can accommodate 186 spectators in the stands and a children's playground and reflexology diameter, and a small artificial waterfall and a 6-meter-high fountain.
Park has a central part of the Shing Mun Valley Sports Ground, the park position separated South Park and North Park. 8-weather stadium has a line 400-meter track, grass football and drinking places and 11 parking fee, opened in August 1998, by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. Park adjacent to the west Shing Mun Valley You Yongchi, 1999 to enable the same by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.
