St Stephen's Parish is a Catholic church Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong New Territories deanery southwest. Located on the 14th Rong Fang Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories under, completed in 1980.
history
Santo Stefano Church was completed in December 26, 1980, with the patron saint Santo Stefano to the parish by the then Bishop John Wu in Hong Kong (the late Cardinal) ordained. In front was built by the priest in Tsuen Wan Lai silence Kwai Fong Shou Wan House moved to establish Pastoral Center; while in Lai King and Kwai Shing DMHC Xiao Ming Catholic Secondary School, opened the mass center. But with the clergy in the past ten years of steady decline, coupled with the Diocese of Hong Kong's political reform and various small church for Mass center. In 1999, the parish architecture to "Santo Stefano Herdsmen Herdsmen's Committee and the Committee Wu Guosheng," by the Pastoral Commission for two parish councils elected four each, a total of eight people was established.
Patron saint
Santo Stefano (Saint Stephen) is the church's first martyr.
