Hong Kong Police Force Museum
The Hong Kong Police Force Museum is located at Ching Gan Road, formerly known as the Wan Chai Gap Police Station built in the 19th century. The exhibits include the Force's military equipment, documentation and crime information since the establishment of the Hong Kong Police Force with its historical value since its establishment in 1844. Most of the police stations in Hong Kong have a long history. In recent years, the Hong Kong Government and the community have actively promoted some of these distinctive old police stations into various recreational facilities and continue to develop their effectiveness.

The Hong Kong Police Force Museum was built in 1859 and was placed at the former Stanley Police Station in southern Hong Kong Island. After the withdrawal of the Police Force in 1974, it was used by various government departments. Three years was converted into a high-level restaurant, then was a supermarket rental for the store, has been so far. The Wan Chai Gap Police Station, located in Hong Kong Island, was converted into the Force Museum in 1988 by the Police Force.

Key exhibits

Outdoor exhibits
Tai Po field artillery - forged in 1896, has been placed in the Old Tai Po Police Station. Police station telephone boxes, traffic control booths and 18-pound artillery shells, old Wan Chai Gap Police Station models.
