Hong Kong Aberdeen Promenade
Aberdeen Promenade is one of Hong Kong's waterfront promenade, the waterfront on Hong Kong Island Aberdeen, Aberdeen Typhoon Shelter north shore of Hong Kong, opened in 1992, is managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.
The mid-1970s, Aberdeen reclamation of land for the construction of the main center of Aberdeen and Aberdeen Praya Road. Land south of Aberdeen Praya Road, then as leisure uses, the construction of a waterfront park. Park inaugurated in 1992, following the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade, Hong Kong and Tsuen Wan Riviera Park third Seaside Park.
The western end of the border west of Aberdeen Promenade, Aberdeen Praya Road, Aberdeen Road near Aberdeen Wholesale Fish Market, Aberdeen West Typhoon Shelter extends along east Aberdeen Praya Road and Kwun Hoi Path Near Ocean Court and Aberdeen tennis and squash Center, is about 800 meters.
Aberdeen Promenade features open-air plaza, children's playground and basketball courts and other facilities. A plurality of crossing the street along the coast and the ferry port connecting Ap Lei Chau, Lamma Island and Po Toi route, Jumbo Floating Restaurant also the barge.
