海带饼

配料：

海带适量、鸡蛋一个、面粉 50克、水 50克、花生油适量、精盐适量、五香粉适量

烹饪步骤：

1.海带一般都是干的，买回来后用清水浸泡两个小时，泡好后在水里滴入几滴白醋，用手轻轻搓洗。白醋可以使海带上面的粘液浮出，而且可以使海带变得柔软，吃起来口感会更好。白醋加入轻轻搓揉后，就可以看到水变得非常浑浊，而且下面都是沙子和盐，接着用清水冲洗干净即可。

2.海带泡发好沥水，切成细丝，如果是给小朋友吃，最好将它切碎，防止卡住喉咙。

3.在海带丝里加入鸡蛋、盐、五香粉，再倒入面粉和清水。

4.用筷子拌匀成无干粉、稍微浓稠的面糊。

5.平底锅中抹一点油，微微烧热，用勺子舀起一勺面糊，垂直滴落到锅中。

6.中小火将饼煎至底部凝固后，用锅铲翻面，两面都煎至微微焦黄色即可出锅。

烹饪小贴士：

1、海带一定要充分泡发，泡发好的海带，叶片明显变厚，柔软有光泽，如果时间来的及，可以浸泡一个晚上再做。干制的海带表面有一层白霜，那是植物碱经过风化形成的一种叫做甘露醇的物质，非但无害，还有排毒退肿的作用。不要误认为那层白霜是盐分的析出，或是发霉变质的现象，也不必过度清洗。2、海带尽可能切得碎一点，尤其是给孩子和老人吃的时候，以免太长的海带丝卡住喉咙。3、面糊稍微浓稠点，用筷子挑起来，可以缓慢的滴落为好。这道海带饼大家喜欢吗？
